City Harvest Church is a dynamic, cross-cultural, spirit-filled church that worships God passionately and prays fervently. We are committed to building strong families and believe that every person has a destiny. By sharing the love of Jesus, we know that God can change our world one life at a time.

Pastors Jack and Marti Landis have been married for over 19 years and live in Liberty Township, Ohio with their two beautiful daughters, Valerie and Elizabeth. They are graduates of SLBC, and Victory Bible College International, Orange County, CA. They are ordained through Kingdom Life Ministerial Alliance in Dallas, Texas. Under the guidance of Apostles Larry and Kathy Burden of Kingdom Life who provides accountability and oversight.

Pastors Jack and Marti have been serving in the ministry for over 17 years. They have practical ministry experience in such areas as Deans of Impact Bible School (Reno, Nevada), Teaching Faculty of Overcoming Word Institute (Hollywood, California), evangelism outreach, pastoral care, intercessory prayer, prison ministry, cell groups, hospital visitation, hospitality, music, children’s and itinerant ministry. They have served in churches in Reno, NV, Columbus, OH, Orange County and Hollywood, CA.

Over 17 years ago, God placed the Cincinnati area in their hearts. They have obediently followed God as He has trained and equipped them for the work of City Harvest Church. City Harvest was birthed December 2005 with four families and keeps growing. Pastors Jack and Marti function with a strong apostolic and prophetic anointing are actively working with God to build the kingdom in this region and around the world.

We Are Committed to Jesus Christ who is the mediator between God and man. We accept salvation by grace through faith in the atoning work of Jesus on the cross of Calvary.

We Believe the Bible in its entirety. It is our standard and we rely upon it as the final authority for our faith.

We Believe in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit and we pursue personal holiness and purity of heart and life.

We Believe in water baptism and baptism of the Holy Spirit., with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

We Believe in divine healing, through faith in Jesus Christ and believe that healing is included in Christ’s atoning work on the Cross.

We Embrace the Holy Spirit as our constant companion who teaches, comforts, and guides us into all God’s truth.

We Actively Develop the fruits of the Holy Spirit in our walk with God as we exercise the gifts of the Holy Spirit to edify one another in the church.

We Pursue God through strong prayer, vibrant praise, and deep worship as we develop our intimacy with God.

We Believe in the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

We Believe that it is God’s will is for us to be successful in every realm Spirit, Soul, and body. Including our finances not to hoard up blessings, but that we are blessed to be a blessing.

Multicultural Church
We are a church that embraces all people of all economics, social, and ethnic groups showing acceptance by demonstrating unity, love and acceptance of Christ. “Now it shall come to pass in the latter days that the mountain of the Lord’s house Shall be established on the tops of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; And all nations (Ethnic Groups) Shall flow to it.”  Isaiah 2:2

People of Destiny
We are a church that desires to release you into your destiny by equipping each believer in the word and power of the Holy Spirit through powerful teaching and preaching.  Every believer has a purpose in God’s plan in which we are to be fruitful and multiply the Kingdom of God.  “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

Strong Families
We are a church that believes in training up the next generation (our children and our children’s children) to know who God is and what He says about their life. We are also a church who will teach how to become a strong family unit by placing Christ first in your life. “One generation shall praise thy works to another, And shall declare Thy mighty acts.”  Psalms 145:4

House of Prayer
We are a church that believes in the power of prayer.  Prayer is the generator that releases Gods power in the earth.  Through prayer, God will change us as individuals, families, cities, and nations. “The earnest (heartfelt, continued) prayer of a righteous man makes tremendous power available [dynamic in its working].”  James 5:16 AMP

Word of God
We are a church that believes in the authority of God’s Word.  We know that the power to transform lives and build faith is in God’s Word.  His word is eternal and perfect in every way. “For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the division of the soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”  Hebrews 4:12

Answer to the Question
We believe that Jesus is the answer.  As a church, we are Jesus hands and feet extended.  We must preach the good news; bring salvation, healing and restoration to everyone.  One way we will accomplish this, is by feeding the hungry, visiting the sick and elderly, and reaching out beyond the four walls of the church.  By making a difference in the community, we will make a difference in eternity.  “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed me to preach the gospel.  Luke 4:18  “Pure and undefiled religion before God the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.”  James 1:27

Apostles Larry & Kathy Burden have been in full-time ministry for over 20 years and have ministered in over 50 nations of the world. They are the founders of Kingdom Life Ministerial Alliance (KLMA), an international network of churches and ministers. Pastors Jack and Marti have been in relationship with the Burdens for over 15 years and are ordained and credentialed through KLMA. They consider them to be “Spiritual Parents.” As true fathers and mothers in the faith they provide guidance, counsel, and accountability in all aspects of City Harvest Church. 

Elders Jose & Dayana Davalos have been married for 8 years and have two children, Emilia and Matias. They grew up in Quito, Ecuador and moved to Ohio in 2003. They are passionate about worshiping God through music, something they also see reflected in their children. In their search for a deeper relationship with God, they became filled with the Holy Spirit and in 2005 were called to be a part of City Harvest Church. 

Pastors Kelly & Tracie Floyd are Pastors of Impact Life Ministiries in Burlington, KY. They are graduates of Impact Bible Training Center in Reno, NV and have spent their lives serving the cause of Christ. The integrity and character they walk in is representative of the type of Godly leaders affiliated with City Harvest Church.
